Alexis Brown is a coach and consultant with deep expertise in organizational strategy, culture, and systems development. A former leader at Digital Pioneers Academy, she held several key roles—including Director of Curriculum and Director of Special Populations—helping shape inclusive, high-impact school practices. A proud alum of AMA’s inaugural cohort, Alexis remains committed to its mission of transformative change for communities furthest from opportunity. She holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Washington, DC, where she continues to champion equity-focused initiatives.
