Alexis is a fractional operator and leader dedicated to creating transformative change within organizations at the intersection of strategy, people, and systems. Previously, Alexis helped launch Digital Pioneers Academy, a 6-12th grade charter school in Southeast DC. As a participant in the inaugural cohorts of the All Means All (AMA) program, she remains deeply committed to AMA's mission of driving radical change in schools and enhancing the experiences of marginalized communities. Alexis holds an MS in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and she resides in Washington, DC. When she's not building systems or coaching leaders, you'll find her chasing her 10K steps, meditating, or coaching her German Shepherd through his leadership journey (he's currently working on presence).
