Ashlei Miller is the principal of Carmen Northwest Campus, dedicated to fostering a strong school culture, high expectations, and student success. She is committed to equity in education, advocating for Black students, and ensuring all students have access to quality learning experiences. Passionate about developing leaders, Ashlei believes in cultivating talent and empowering others to grow in their leadership to serve our community. She prioritizes instructional excellence, professional development, and accountability, while ensuring that joy and learning always coexist in every space. Originally from Philadelphia, Ashlei now serves in Milwaukee, bringing her East Coast energy and commitment to excellence to her school community. She is also a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho and believes in the power of community, leadership, and service.
