Dominique Smith is entering her 13th year in education and her 9th year serving the Nashville community. She began her career as an elementary teacher and quickly discovered a passion for developing adult leaders as a pathway to student success. Now serving as Head of Schools at LEAD Public Schools, she oversees multiple middle schools and the network’s first elementary school. Known for setting high expectations and helping students achieve the extraordinary, Dominique is committed to rigorous academics and empowering students to become advocates for themselves and their communities.
