Emma Donley is the Senior Director of Curriculum at Collegiate Academies, where she leads a team of directors across core subjects to publish and support the implementation of high-quality, accessible Tier 1 instructional materials. With 14 years in education, she has served as a math teacher, instructional coach, and director of multiple academic initiatives. Emma also spent three years at TNTP supporting teacher certification, curriculum development, and content-focused professional learning. She is passionate about designing rigorous, inclusive learning experiences and believes in the power of aligned instructional materials to drive teacher development and student success. Emma holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State and lives in New Orleans.
