James Hamilton is a two-time Emmy-winning, Peabody-nominated writer, documentarian, and storyteller. His work has been featured on The Moth Radio Hour, where he was also the NYC Grand Slam Champion. James has written for NBC Sports’ coverage of the 2024 Paris Olympics, VICE News Tonight, and The Neutral Ground, a documentary that premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and aired on PBS. A friend of AMA, James has partnered with AMA staff and alumni to shape stories that are authentic, memorable, and grounded in mission and values.
