Jamie Gutter,

Jamie Gutter is the Managing Director of Schools at Valor Collegiate Academy, where he coaches a team of middle and high school principals, designs professional development, and oversees the performance of Valor schools. Previously, Jamie served as a middle school principal for over six years at Valor Flagship, the founding middle school of the Valor network. Under his leadership in both roles, Valor schools have earned multiple distinctions. Some examples include having the highest composite growth scores for the state of Tennessee, the best composite achievement for open enrollment schools in Nashville, and earning a letter grade “A” on the state’s report card for multiple years. Jamie was named Tennessee Charter School Center’s Administrator of the Year for 2022-2023. In addition to working at Valor, Jamie has coached multiple principals across the country through the All Means All over the past two years.
