Kathryn Rice McKinzie brings over 15 years of experience in school and district leadership, including roles as a turnaround principal, school founder, and associate superintendent of student services. Most recently, she doubled student achievement in one year at LEAD Public Schools. Kathryn believes that student growth starts with adult growth and leads with this mindset. She holds degrees from Concordia College and LSU and currently resides in Nashville.
