Lizzie Downes is a Special Education Program Administrator at Green Dot Public Schools in Los Angeles, where she leads network-wide initiatives to improve academic outcomes for students with disabilities. She began her career as a special education teacher in LAUSD and has served in multiple instructional roles at Green Dot, including inclusion specialist and co-teacher.
