Prior to consulting, Mika served at STRIVE Prep, a network of 10 charter schools in Denver, Colorado. She served as the interim chief schools officer, interim senior director of talent, managing director of schools and middle school principal at STRIVE Prep Sunnyside. Prior to moving to Denver, Mika spent ten years in Chicago as a 4th grade teacher and leader. While in Chicago she completed the Ryan Fellowship through Accelerate Institute and was the founding principal at Moving Everest Charter School for four years.

Mika is excited to continue to support the AMA work. Mika has been a part of All Means All since Cohort 0 + then joined Cohort 1! Mika is supporting our AMA team and partnering along side us in supporting leaders and coming along for the journey as we create the world we want to see.
