Mika Krause brings extensive school leadership experience to her consulting work, having served in multiple roles at STRIVE Prep in Denver, including Interim Chief Schools Officer, Senior Director of Talent, Managing Director of Schools, and Middle School Principal. Prior to her time in Denver, she spent a decade in Chicago as a 4th grade teacher and founding principal at Moving Everest Charter School, completing the Ryan Fellowship through the Accelerate Institute. A longtime AMA collaborator—first in Cohort 0, then Cohort 1—Mika is honored to support AMA’s mission and walk alongside leaders committed to building the world we want to see.
