Neema Desai Jennings,

Neema is AMA’s Managing Director of Cohort Leadership and brings over a decade of experience in school leadership and principal coaching, most recently as Senior Director of Schools at DC Prep. A former Special Education teacher, Founding Principal, and school leader, she is passionate about building strong school communities and developing leaders committed to equity. Neema holds a Master’s in Special Education from Bank Street College and a Bachelor’s in Public Health from George Washington University. Originally from Atlanta, she now lives in D.C. with her husband and three daughters.
