Tony Castillo is a proud Houston native and seasoned educator with over 13 years of experience at YES Prep Public Schools. Currently serving as Head of Schools, Tony directly manages and coaches six school principals, working to drive equity and excellence across the network. Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership roles focused on student achievement and school culture. Deeply committed to inclusive education, Tony believes it is a moral imperative for leaders with power and privilege to advocate for and serve students who have been historically underserved—ensuring every student feels seen, supported, and capable of success.
