Operations Associate
The Operations Associate is an essential part of our team, working with care and humanity to make order out of chaos by implementing and refining the systems and processes as we scale to ensure the right things happen at the right time in the right way with the right people across the organization. They empower the team and leaders to spend the majority of their time on growing inclusive schools and ensure that our participants, organizations, and external partners consistently have what they need to feel seen, to learn and to execute at their best.
THE ROLE
What You Will Accomplish in the Role:
Proactively Execute Fellowship Events + Support Systems
Proactively execute human-centered fellowship program events and support systems that are aligned to high quality operations and include timely and accurate communication. Clear the path through strong systems to maintain focus and momentum for leaders to have a transformational experience.
Implement and Refine Proactive Fellowship Systems
Implement and refine proactive operational systems for the fellowship that allow for scale, expand team capacity and are user centered,
Manage Fellowship Data + Knowledge Management Systems to Drive Clarity
Manage Fellowship data and knowledge management systems to drive clarity and consistently ensure the team has the right information in the right place at the right time.
