Director of Operations


The Director of Operations is an essential part of our team who proactively executes human-centered program events and support, operational systems and knowledge management in a way that allows for scale, expands team capacity, and ensures that our leaders have no barriers to learning.

THE ROLE

What You Will Accomplish in the Role:

Proactively Execute Program Events + Support Systems

Proactively execute regular program events and support systems aligned to budget that are high quality, timely and accurate and are consistently human-centered. Clear the path through strong systems to maintain focus and momentum on the people. Incorporate the needs of the individual to tailor support.

Co-Build Operational Systems 

Co-build proactive operational systems that allow for scale, expand team capacity and are user centered including billing, invoicing, scheduling, tools + software, enrollment and marketing. 

Manage Data + Knowledge Systems to Drive Clarity

Manage data and knowledge management proactively and consistently to ensure the team has the right information in the right place at the right time across multiple areas of outcome + engagement data, publications + tools, resource/learning management and external communication.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 plus benefits and AMA wellness package
